1. Eat balanced and different food

The same menu can cause your system to be deficiency of vitamin. So, fulfill the vitamin need of your system by taking healthy and different meals. You need to take fiber source, and useful carbohydrate and protein to improve your attention. You also should decrease to take foods that are fried and meals that contains coconut milk.

2. Do work out regularly

Combine your healthy and balanced eating design with doing regular work out. A research shows that individuals who do regular work out trim not to be fixated easily by taking unhealthy meals, and trim to decrease your weight easily. Thus, extra your time to do sport. If you cannot extra your time in the day, you can join fitness center that still opens far into the night.

3. Do not forget to drink
